Fancy offers one free resize for all orders placed online, but we do not accept returns. Store exchange only with 15 days of purchase.

All pieces in the wedding category are handmade to order- please allow 6-8 weeks for production.

All custom projects are subject to a $200 consultation fee. This fee is non refundable, but credited towards the balance of your order. A 20% rush fee is added to all projects needed in two weeks or less. Work begins only after a 50% deposit has been received. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom merchandise.
