Items may be exchanged for store credit or merchandise within 10 days of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds. Orders over $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customized orders are final sale, once you add text etc. it's yours for keeps. We will happily resize any Fancy ring for you- just send your ring back in with an additional $10 for shipping and handling- along with all your contact info and desired ring size- we'll have it back at ya within a week or so.
Shipping will not be reimbursed. Please pack carefully- scratched or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for exchange.Your new Fancy purchase is guaranteed for 6 months of normal wear, after which repairs may be done for an additional fee.
